Common use of Proposed Corrective Action Plan Clause in Contracts

Proposed Corrective Action Plan. By March 3, 2017, the District will submit to OCR for its review and approval a proposed Corrective Action Plan to address all inaccessible content and functionality identified during the District’s Audit.
