Proposed Material Modifications to the NYS Power System. Pursuant to the requirements of applicable provisions of the ISO OATT, ISO Related Agreements and ISO Procedures, the ISO shall evaluate the impact of any proposed material modification to the NYS Power System. Any proposed material modification to the NTO’s facilities must satisfy the requirements of applicable provisions of the ISO OATT, ISO Related Agreements and ISO Procedures. In the event of a dispute regarding the impact of the proposed modification, the ISO or the NTO may refer the issue for resolution pursuant to procedures set forth in Article 11 of the ISO Services Tariff, as such procedures may be amended from time to time.
