Common use of Proposed Scope of Work Clause in Contracts

Proposed Scope of Work. The following scope of field services will be carried out to verify conditions at the site of the proposed construction: • Proof Roll observations for the building pad and on the new paving subgrade areas. • Nuclear density tests will be performed on select fill, general fill, paving subgrade and utility backfill. • Concrete testing will be completed for proposed spread footings, grade beams, drilled piers, building pad, parking area, columns, shear walls, dumpster pad, swimming pool and sidewalks. • Structural Steel inspections will be completed for the required steel connections on the walls, ceiling structure and canopies.
