Proposed Subcontractors. Each offeror shall include company details of their proposed subcontractors, to include but not limited to, Name, Address, CAGE Code; and Socio-Economic Status. Additionally, offerors are required to include a narrative of each subcontractor's roles and responsibilities and proposed percentage of work performance IAW FAR 52.219-14. If none are being proposed, please annotate that as well.
Proposed Subcontractors. Attachment L sets forth a list of Subcontractors that Contractor and Owner have agreed are approved Subcontractors for the performance of that portion of the Work specified in Attachment L. In the event Contractor is considering the selection of a Subcontractor not listed in Attachment L, Contractor shall, within seven (7) Days, prior to the selection of such Subcontractor, notify Owner in writing of the intended selection of such Subcontractor and inform Owner generally what portion of the Work such Subcontractor is performing. Owner shall have the discretion to accept or reject any proposed Subcontractor, and Contractor shall not enter into any Subcontract with a proposed Subcontractor that is rejected by Owner. Owner shall either accept or reject such proposed Subcontractor within seven (7) Days but shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide a response to Contractor as soon as possible. Approval by Owner of any Subcontractors does not relieve Contractor of any responsibilities under this Agreement.
Proposed Subcontractors. I/We hereby notify you that it is my/our intention to employ the following subcontractors for work under this contract. If I/we am/are awarded a contract I/we agree that this notification does not change the requirement for me/us to submit the names of proposed subcontractors in accordance with the requirements of the contract for such appointments. Acceptance of this tender shall not be construed as approval of all or any of the listed subcontractors. Should any of or all of the subcontractors not be approved subsequent to the acceptance of the tender, it shall in no way invalidate this tender, and the tendered unit rates for the various items of work shall remain final and binding, even in the event of a subcontractor not listed below being approved by the Employer. Proposed Subcontractors. Pursuant to California Public Contracting Code, Section 4100 et. seq., the following list gives the name, business address, California contractor’s license number and Public Works Contractor registration number, and portion of work (description of work to be done) for each subcontractor that will be used in the work if the proposer is awarded the Agreement. The Proposer shall list only one subcontractor for each portion of the work (as defined by the Proposer for the purpose of listing subcontractors). (Additional supporting data may be attached to this page. Each page shall be sequentially numbered, and headed “Proposed Subcontractors” and shall be signed.)
Proposed Subcontractors. The CMAR shall furnish in writing to the Architect for review by the Owner and Architect the names of persons or entities (including those who are to furnish materials or equipment) proposed for each principal portion of the work with his Bid. The proposed Subcontractors shall be established, reputable firms of recognized standing with a record of successful and satisfactory past performance with the type of work and/or items proposed to be provided or furnished by them. The CMAR shall with this information provide an experience statement or other requested information providing evidence of the Subcontractorsqualifications for the work and experience with similar projects. The Owner and Architect shall have the right to reject any proposed Subcontractor for whom they have a reasonable objection. The Architect will promptly reply to the CMAR in writing stating whether or not the Owner or Architect, after due investigation, has reasonable objection to any such proposed person or entity.

  • Vendor’s Subcontractors TIPS recognizes that many vendors operate in the open market through the use of subcontractors. For that reason, TIPS permits Vendor to utilize subcontractors as authorized and permitted by the TIPS Member Customer. However, all purchase documents must include: (1) Vendor’s Name, as known to TIPS, and; (2) Vendor’s TIPS Contract Name and Number under which it is making the TIPS Sale. Vendor must report the sale pursuant to the terms herein and Vendor agrees that it is legally responsible for all reporting and fee payment as described herein for TIPS Sales even when subcontractors are utilized. The TIPS Administration Fee is assessed on the amount paid by the TIPS Member to Vendor. The Parties intend that Vendor shall be responsible and for actions of subcontractors during a TIPS Sale. Vendor agrees that it is voluntarily authorizing subcontractors and in doing so, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees that it is doing so at its own risk and agrees to protect, indemnify, and hold TIPS harmless in accordance with Sections 14-17 above related to subcontractor TIPS Sales made pursuant to this Agreement or purporting to be made pursuant to this Agreement that may be asserted against Vendor whether rightfully brought or otherwise. The Parties further agree that it is no defense to Vendor’s breach of this Agreement that a subcontractor caused Vendor of breach this Agreement.

  • Subcontractors The Contractor will not subcontract any work under the Contract without prior written consent of the Department. The Contractor is fully responsible for satisfactory completion of all its subcontracted work. The Department supports diversity in its procurements and contracts, and requests that the Contractor offer subcontracting opportunities to certified woman-, veteran-, and minority-owned small businesses.   • Contractors and Subcontractors Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988 1) Publish and give a policy statement to all covered employees informing them that the unlawful manufacture, distribution, dispensation, possession or use of a controlled substance is prohibited in the covered workplace and specifying the actions that will be taken against employees who violate the policy. 2) Establish a drug-free awareness program to make employees aware of a) the dangers of drug abuse in the workplace; b) the policy of maintaining a drug-free workplace; c) any available drug counseling, rehabilitation, and employee assistance programs; and d) the penalties that may be imposed upon employees for drug abuse violations. 3) Notify employees that as a condition of employment on a federal contract or grant, the employee must a) abide by the terms of the policy statement; and b) notify the employer, within five (5) calendar days, if he or she is convicted of a criminal drug violation in the workplace. 4) Notify the contracting or granting agency within ten (10) days after receiving notice that a covered employee has been convicted of a criminal drug violation in the workplace. 5) Impose a penalty on or require satisfactory participation in a drug abuse assistance or rehabilitation program by any employee who is convicted of a reportable workplace drug conviction. 6) Make an ongoing, good faith effort to maintain a drug-free workplace by meeting the requirements of the act.

  • Assignment; Subcontractors Contractor shall not assign, transfer, convey, sublet, or otherwise dispose of the Contract or its right, title or interest therein, or its power to execute such Contract to any other person, company, firm or corporation in performance of the Contract, other than the assignment of the right to receive money due, without the prior written consent of the Issuing Entity. Prior to an assignment of the right to receive money becoming effective, Contractor shall file a written notice of such assignment simultaneously with the NYS Comptroller, the Commissioner, and participating Authorized User(s). The Commissioner reserves the right to reject any proposed subcontractor, assignee or supplier for bona fide business reasons, which may include, but are not limited to: that the proposed transferee is on the Department of Labor’s list of companies with which New York State cannot do business; the Commissioner determines that the company is not qualified; unsatisfactory contract performance or service has been previously provided; or attempts were not made to solicit minority and women’s business enterprises (M/WBE) bidders for the subcontract.

  • Contracts with Subcontractors a. Grantee may enter into contracts with subcontractors unless restricted or otherwise prohibited in the Contract. b. Grantees are prohibited from subcontracting with for-profit organizations under this Contract. c. Grantee will establish written policies and procedures for competitive procurement and monitoring of subcontracts and will develop a subcontracting monitoring plan. f. monitor subcontractors for both financial and programmatic performance and will maintain pertinent records. g. submit quarterly monitoring reports to the System Agency in a format determined by the System Agency. h. ensure that subcontracts are fully aware of the requirements placed upon them by state/federal statutes, rules, and regulations and by the provisions of this Contract. i. ensure all subcontracts, must be in writing and include the following: 1. Name and address of all parties and the subcontractor’s Vendor Identification Number (VIN) or Employee Identification Number (EIN); 2. Detailed description of the services to be provided; 3. Measurable method and rate of payment and total not-to-exceed amount of the contract; 4. Clearly defined and executable termination clause; and 5. Beginning and ending dates that coincide with the dates of the Contract. j. ensure and be responsible for the performance of the subcontractor(s). k. not contract with a subcontractor, at any tier, that is debarred, suspended, or excluded from or ineligible for participation in federal assistance programs or if the subcontractor would be otherwise ineligible to abide by the terms of this Contract.
