Common use of Proprietary Interests Clause in Contracts

Proprietary Interests. During and after the expiration of his term of employment with the Company, the Employee shall not communicate or divulge to, or use for the benefit of, any individual, association, partnership, limited partnership, trust, corporation or other entity except the Company, any proprietary information of the Company received by the Employee by virtue of such employment, without being in receipt of the Board of Directors of the Company's written consent to do so.
