Proprietary Materials. Upon the successful completion of Agreement, all data provided by the Client, and any new data collected by the Consultant under this Agreement will be returned to the Client. The Consultant agrees to not keep copies of the provided or collected data after the successful completion of the Agreement for any other use, or transfer data to any other party without the written approval from the Client.
