Proprietary Materials. All written or printed materials and all data fixed in any other tangible medium, such as magnetic disks or computer databases, in the possession of or used by Employee in performing duties for Employer are and shall remain the property of Employer. Upon termination of employment, Employee shall promptly return all such materials, and any copies thereof, to Employer.
