PROPRIETARY SYSTEMS. The entire right, title and interest in all business systems, procedures, processes, inventions, discoveries, improvements or other technology owned by United as of the dated hereof or developed solely by or on behalf of United after the date hereof other than in connection with the Services and the SHIP (collectively, the "Proprietary Systems") shall be owned by United.
