Common use of PROPRIETARY SYSTEMS Clause in Contracts

PROPRIETARY SYSTEMS. The Proprietary Systems owned by Manager or licensed by Manager, when used in the Casino, shall be provided by Manager in consideration of the Management Fee and without additional charge to Owner.

PROPRIETARY SYSTEMS. The Proprietary Systems owned by Manager or licensed to Manager by any of Manager's Affiliates, when used in the Casino, shall be provided by Manager at cost, and Manager and/or any Manager's Affiliate shall not make a profit on assessments for the use of such Proprietary Systems. This shall allow Manager to recover past costs of systems that have been developed by Manager or its Affiliates by assessment against the Casino of a charge for the use of such system when used in consideration of connection with the Management Fee and without additional charge to OwnerCasino.
