Common use of Prorated amounts Clause in Contracts

Prorated amounts. For the purposes of determining the amount of the Revenue Sharing Contribution for partial BC Fiscal Years, the amount will be prorated from (a) the start of the month in which the Agreement is signed by Boston Bar First Nation; (b) the end of the month in which the Agreement is terminated by either Party under Article 11, or; (c) the end of the month in which the Agreement expires.

Prorated amounts. For the purposes of determining the amount of the Revenue Sharing Contribution for partial BC Fiscal Years, the amount will be prorated from (a) the start of the month in which the Agreement is signed by Boston Bar ▇▇▇▇▇ River First Nation; (b) the end of the month in which the Agreement is terminated by either Party under Article 11, or; (c) the end of the month in which the Agreement expires.

For the purposes of determining the amount of the Revenue Sharing Contribution for partial BC Fiscal Years, the amount will be prorated from: (a) April 11, 2024; To the start of the month in which the Agreement is signed by Boston Bar First Nation;earliest of: (b) the end of the month in which the Agreement is terminated by either Party under Article 1112, or; (c) the end of the month in which the Agreement expires.

For the purposes of determining the amount of the Revenue Sharing Contribution for partial BC Fiscal Years, the amount will be prorated from: (a) April 1, 2024; To the start of the month in which the Agreement is signed by Boston Bar First Nationearliest of; (b) the end of the month in which the Agreement is terminated by either Party under Article 1112, or; (c) the end of the month in which the Agreement expires.

For the purposes of determining the amount of the Revenue Sharing Contribution for partial BC Fiscal Years, the amount will be prorated from (a) the start of the month in which the Agreement is signed by Boston Bar Hesquiaht First Nation; (b) the end of the month in which the Agreement is terminated by either Party under Article 11, or; (c) the end of the month in which the Agreement expires.
