Common use of Prorated amounts Clause in Contracts

Prorated amounts. For the purposes of determining the amount of the Revenue Sharing Contribution for partial BC Fiscal Years, the amount will be prorated from (a) the start of the month in which the Agreement is signed by Mamalilikulla; (b) the end of the month in which the Agreement is terminated by either Party under Article 12, or; (c) the end of the month in which the Agreement expires.

For the purposes of determining the amount of the Revenue Sharing Contribution for partial BC Fiscal Years, the amount will be prorated from (a) from the start of the month in which the Agreement is signed by Mamalilikulla;Tlatlasikwala to: (ba) the end of the month in which the Agreement is terminated by either Party under Article 1211, or; (cb) the end of the month in which the Agreement expires.
