PROSCRIBED ACTIVITY. The Association agrees that, during the life of this Agreement, neither the Association, its agents, nor its members will authorize, instigate, aid or engage in a work stoppage, slow down, strike or engage in any similar activity against individual members of the Board. The Board agrees that during the same period there will be no lockouts.
