Prosecution and Maintenance by Licensor. For the Term of this Agreement as defined below, Licensor shall be responsible for maintaining all patents included in the Licensed Patents, and Licensee agrees to pay all Legal Costs. Within thirty (30) Calendar Days of receiving an invoice from Licensor, Licensee shall pay Licensor following receipt of such invoice from Licensor.
