Prosecution of Intellectual Property Applications. Each Party shall provide the other Party with copies of the applications it files on any Subject Invention along with the power to inspect and make copies of all documents retained in the patent or other IP application files by the applicable patent or other IP office. The Parties agree to consult with each other with respect to the prosecution of NIH/▇▇▇▇▇▇ Subject Inventions described in Article 7.3 and joint Subject Inventions described in Article 7.
