Prosecution of Patent Applications. (a) During the term of this Agreement, Jagotec shall use all Commercially Reasonable Efforts, at its own cost, to prepare, prosecute and maintain all patent applications and patents constituting Patents, and shall keep Nitec fully and promptly informed on any developments or changes relating thereto.
