The University shall maintain a work environment for all Graduate Workers that does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, ancestry, national or ethnic origin, immigration or citizenship status, religion and/or religious creed, age, physical or mental disability, genetic information, sex, gender identity and/or expression, sexual orientation, natural or protective hair style, pregnancy status or pregnancy-related condition, marital status, family status, military or veteran status, arrest or criminal record as protected by law, Union membership status or activity, or any other characteristic protected under applicable law or University policy.
