Protected Classes. This Agreement shall apply equally to all GRs without regard to age, race, religion, sex, color, disability, national origin, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, parental status, or political affiliation. OHSU and the Union also agree to abide by all local, state, and federal laws relating to equal employment opportunities and discrimination. OHSU administration, faculty, staff, volunteers, and students are all responsible for maintaining an environment for work, study, and the provision of services free from harassment.
