Protected Data. To the extent any NTT Data accessed, used, processed, stored, hosted or transferred by Supplier in accordance with this Part 3 is Protected Data, the parties will enter into additional agreements reflecting the industry, jurisdiction or other specific compliance requirements with respect to such Protected Data.
