You irrevocably authorize Us to execute (on Your behalf), if applicable, and file one or more financing, continuation or amendment statements pursuant to the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) in a form satisfactory to Us. You promise to do whatever else We think is necessary to protect Our security interest in the Property. You promise to pay all costs, including but not limited to any attorneys fees, We incur in protecting Our security interest and rights in the Property, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
