Protection and Processing of Personal Information. 14.1 The Customer understands that the personal information given to Scoop Distribution is to be used for the purposes of assessing credit worthiness and in order to perform in terms of this Contract. The Customer confirms that the information given to Scoop Distribution is accurate and complete. The Customer further agrees to update the information supplied as and when necessary in order to ensure the accuracy of the above information failing which Scoop Distribution will not be liable for inaccuracies.
