Protection of Patents. RIGEL shall promptly inform STANFORD of any suspected infringement of any Licensed Patent(s) by a third party. During the Exclusive period of this Agreement, STANFORD and RIGEL each shall have the right to institute an action for infringement of the Licensed Patent(s) against such third party in accordance with the following:
