PROTECTION OF YOUR CONTENT. 5.1. In performing the Services, Oracle China will comply with the Oracle privacy policy applicable to the Services ordered. Oracle privacy policies are available at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/us/legal/privacy/overview/index.html. 5.2. Unless stated otherwise in Your order, Oracle China will comply with the terms of Oracle Data Processing Agreement for Oracle Cloud Services (the “Data Processing Agreement”), The Data Processing Agreement is available at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/dataprocessingagreement and incorporated herein by reference, and describes how Oracle will process Personal Data that You provide to Oracle as part of Oracle’s provision of the Services. You agree to provide any notices and obtain any consents and authorizations related to Your use of, and our provision of, the Services. 5.3. Oracle China will protect Your Content as described in the Service Specifications, which define the administrative, physical, technical and other safeguards applied to Your Content residing in the Services and describe other aspects of system management applicable to the Services. We and our affiliates may perform certain aspects of the Services (e.g., administration, maintenance, support, disaster recovery, data processing, etc.) from locations and/or through use of subcontractors, worldwide. 5.4. You are responsible for any security vulnerabilities, and the consequences of such vulnerabilities, arising from Your Content, including any viruses, Trojan horses, worms or other harmful programming routines contained in Your Content, or from Your use of the Services in a manner that is inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement. You may disclose or transfer Your Content to a third party, and upon such disclosure or transfer we are no longer responsible for the security or confidentiality of such content outside of Oracle. 5.5. Unless otherwise specified in Your order (including in the Service Specifications), Your Content may not include any health, payment card or similarly sensitive data that imposes specific data security or data protection obligations on the processing of such data different from those specified in the Service Specifications. If available for the Services You have ordered, You may purchase additional services from us (e.g., Oracle Payment Card Industry Compliance Services) designed to address particular data security or data protection requirements applicable to Your business or Your Content.

If available Oracle offers enhanced data security or protection services for the Services You have ordereda particular type of data, You may purchase additional services from us (e.g., Oracle Payment Card Industry Compliance Services) designed to address particular data security or data protection requirements applicable to Your business or Your Contentthen You may purchase such services from Oracle.
