Protections to Ensure Control Over Materials. All confidential Materials saved or stored by the Consultant in an electronic form shall be protected by adequate security measures to ensure that such confidential Materials are safe from theft, loss, destruction, erasure, alteration, and any unauthorized viewing, duplication, or use. Such security measures shall include, but not be limited to, the use of current virus protection software, firewalls, data backup, passwords, and internet controls. The provisions of this Section survive the termination or completion of the Agreement.
