PROTEST PROCEDURES. All protests shall be typed under the protester’s letterhead and submitted in accordance with the provisions stated herein. All protests shall include at a minimum the following information: 1. The name, address, and telephone number of the Protester; 2. The signature of the Protester or Protester’s representative; 3. The solicitation title and due date; 4. Name of County employee designated as the RFP/IFB Coordinator;
