This Adoption Agreement may be used only in conjunction with the Dreyfus Prototype Defined Benefit Plan, Basic Plan Document No. 02, and the Dreyfus Trust Agreement all as amended from time to time. In the event the Sponsor amends the Basic Plan Document or this Adoption Agreement or discontinues this type of plan, it will inform the Employer.
