Provide Data in Compliance with Applicable Laws. LEA shall provide Student Data for the purposes of obtaining the Services in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local privacy laws, rules, and regulations, all as may be amended from time to time. The LEA will provide the Provider written notice of any changes to applicable law. To the extent the Provider cannot or will not comply to the change to applicable law, the parties will agree to terminate this DPA and any service agreement.
