Provide instructors. Provide qualified instructors to teach all prescribed courses related to and supportive of the Program and provide appropriate classroom instruction to the Students prior to their participation in the Program. Inform the Students to abide by Affiliate policies and procedures. Inform the Students that they are responsible to comply with the Affiliate’s policies and procedures regarding the Program or Fieldwork Experiences at Affiliate Facilities, including any relating to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (20 U.S.C. § 1232g; 34 CFR Part 99), as the same may be amended from time to time, together with its implementing rules and regulations (hereafter “FERPA”).
