Provide Pre-Closing and Closing Activities. The Consultant shall assist in arranging for the closing of each financing. The Consultant shall assist counsel in assuming responsibility for such arrangements as they are required, including arranging for or monitoring the progress of bond printing, qualification of issues for book-entry status, signing and final delivery of the securities and settlement of the costs of issuance.
