Common use of Provide Quarterly Reporting Clause in Contracts

Provide Quarterly Reporting. ALPS provides the following to Trust personnel on a quarterly basis: (i) scorecard regarding a summary of services provided by ALPS; (ii) Rule 38a-1 under the 1940 Act certification; (iii) Rule 17j-1 under the 1940 Act Code of Ethics Certification; and (iv) to the extent applicable, a summary of any material changes to the foregoing policies and procedures. ALPS will provide more frequent reporting as may be reasonably requested by the Trust and as agreed upon, in writing, by ALPS and the Trust.
