Common use of Provider Notification to Participants upon Termination Clause in Contracts

Provider Notification to Participants upon Termination. Should PROVIDER terminate this Agreement pursuant to Section VI.1 above, or should a particular practitioner leave PROVIDER’s practice or otherwise become unavailable to the Participant(s) under this Agreement, PROVIDER agrees to notify said Participant(s) of the termination prior to its effective date.
