Common use of Provider Numbers Clause in Contracts

Provider Numbers. Attached hereto as Schedule 2.17 is a list of all Medicaid and Medicare provider numbers (the “Provider Numbers”) in the name of the Hospital. The Provider Numbers are in full force and effect as of the date of this Agreement.
