Providing Services. 7.1 In consideration of you complying with the terms of this contract, we will provide the Services in respect of your Mailing Items to your Agent on your behalf throughout this contract in line with the terms of the Agent Access Contract and this contract.

Providing Services required because of significant changes in the Project. If the Consultant believes that any proposed change is a significant change in the Project within the meaning of this subparagraph, the Consultant shall so notify the Owner in advance of performing any services related to such change.
Providing Services a) We will supply the Services to You from the date agreed between Us.
b) We will make every effort to complete the Services on time. However, there may be delays due to an Event Outside Our Control. See clause 14 for Our responsibilities when an Event Outside Our Control happens.
c) We may have to suspend the Services if We have to deal with technical problems, or to make improvements agreed between You and Us in writing to the Services. We will contact You to let You know in advance where this occurs, unless the problem is urgent or an emergency. You do not have to pay for the Services while they are suspended under this clause 8.c) but this does not affect your obligation to pay for any invoices We have already sent You.
d) If You do not pay Us for the Services when You are supposed to as set out in clause 9.e), We may suspend the Services with immediate effect until You have paid Us the outstanding amounts (except where You dispute an invoice under clause 9.g). We will contact You to tell You this. This does not affect Our right to charge You interest under clause 9.f).
Providing Services. Teachers, in signing contracts with the Board of Education, agree to perform the professional services designated by the Board and its administrative staff. Teachers agree to make their services available to all pupils assigned to them, taking into account the needs of individual pupils, their abilities, experiences, performances, and goals. The Board reserves the right to assign teachers to positions within the school system commensurate with their qualifications. The assignment of teachers to positions that are not commensurate with their qualifications shall be made only on a voluntary basis, and we agree that teachers with a duty period will not be assigned routine clerical and custodial tasks.
Providing Services. 11.1 You may not use the Website or Website Services to provide services to third parties without EY’s prior written consent, in its sole discretion.
(a) EY shall have no liability to you in connection with your use of the Website or Website Services in violation of this Section 11, and if you violate this Section 11, EY may immediately terminate your access to the Website and/or Website Services, at any time.
Providing Services. 1.1 Party B hereby irrevocably entrusts and designates Party A as its exclusive service provider to provide the technology and business support services listed in Appendix 1 in accordance with the terms and conditions hereof.
1.2 Party A is entitled to, at its own discretion, designate and appoint any of its affiliate to provide any services provided for by this article.
1.3 During the term hereof, without written consent from Party A, Party B shall not, directly or indirectly, acquire from the third party any services the same to, or similar with, the services hereunder, or conclude similar service agreements with any third party.
1.4 With a view to guarantee Party B’s compliance with cash flow requirements in daily operation and (or) offset any losses incurred during its operation procedure, whether or not Party B incurs such operational losses, Party A may offer financial support to Party B (only to the extent permitted by laws of PRC) in the form of bank entrusted loan or borrowing, and such entrusted loan or borrowing contract shall be concluded separately. Party A shall not compel Party B to reimburse whenever Party B is not capable of reimbursing.
