Common use of Provision of Access Clause in Contracts

Provision of Access. Subject to and conditioned on Customer's payment of Fees and compliance with all other terms and conditions of this Agreement, Provider hereby grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable (except in compliance with Section 12(g)) right to access and use the Services during the Term, solely for use by Authorized Users in accordance with the terms and conditions herein. Such use is limited to Customer's internal use. Provider shall provide to Customer the necessary passwords and network links or connections to allow Customer to access the Services.

Provision of Access. Subject to and conditioned on CustomerClient's payment of Fees and compliance with all other terms and conditions of this Agreement, Provider hereby grants Customer Client a non-non- exclusive, non-transferable (except in compliance with Section 12(g)) right to access and use the Services during the Term, solely for use by Authorized Licensed Users in accordance with the terms and conditions herein. Such use is limited to CustomerClient's internal use. Provider shall provide to Customer Client the necessary passwords and network links or connections to allow Customer Client to access the Services.

Provision of Access. Subject to and conditioned on Customer's payment of Fees and compliance with all other the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Provider hereby grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable (except in compliance with Section 12(g10(g)) right to access and use the Services during the Term, solely for use by Authorized Users in accordance with the terms and conditions herein. Such use is limited to Customer's internal use. Provider shall provide to Customer the necessary passwords and network links or connections to allow Customer to access the Services.

Provision of Access. Subject to and conditioned on Customer's ’s payment of Fees and Customer’s and Authorized Users’ compliance with all other terms and conditions of this Agreement, Provider hereby grants Customer a lim- ited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable (except in compliance with Section 12(g12(h)) ), non-sublicensable right to access and use the Services and Documentation during the Term, solely Term for use by Authorized Users to manage and com- municate with Guests about wait time through the Service in accordance with the terms and conditions herein. Such use is limited to Customer's internal use. Provider shall provide to Customer the necessary passwords and network links or connections to allow Customer to access the Servicesof this Agreement.

Provision of Access. Subject to and conditioned on Customer's ’s payment of Fees and compliance with all other of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Provider hereby grants Customer a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable (except in compliance with Section 12(g)) transferable, non-sublicensable, limited right to access and use the Services during the Term, Term solely for use by Authorized Users in accordance with the terms and conditions herein. Such use is limited to Customer's internal use. Provider shall provide to Customer the necessary passwords and network links or connections to allow Customer to access the Services’s personal purposes.

Subject to and conditioned on Customer's payment of Fees and compliance with all other the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Provider hereby grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable (except in compliance with Section 12(g12(j)) right to access and use the Services during the Term, solely for use by Authorized Users in accordance with the terms and conditions herein. Such use is limited to Customer's internal use. Provider shall provide to Customer the necessary passwords and network links or connections to allow Customer to access the Services.

Such use is limited to Customer's internal use. Provider shall provide to Customer the necessary passwords and network links or connections to allow Customer to access the Services.

Provision of Access. Subject to and conditioned on Customer's payment of Fees and ’s compliance with all other terms and conditions of this Agreement, Provider hereby grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable (except in compliance with Section 12(g)) right transferrable license to access and use the Services during the Term, solely for use by Authorized Users in accordance with the terms and conditions herein. Such use is limited to Customer's ’s internal use. Provider shall provide to Customer the necessary passwords and network links or connections to allow Customer to access the Services.

Provision of Access. Subject to and conditioned on Customer's payment of Fees Charges and compliance with all other terms and conditions of this AgreementAgreement and the Terms of Use, Provider hereby grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable (except in compliance with Section 12(g)) right to access and use the Services during the Term, solely for use by Authorized Users in accordance with the terms and conditions hereinof the Agreement and the Terms of Use. Such use is limited to Customer's internal business use. Provider shall provide to Customer the necessary passwords and network links or connections to allow permit Customer to access the ServicesServices at the Portal upon completion of the registration process there.

Such use is limited to Customer's ’s internal use. Provider shall provide to Customer the necessary passwords necessary, applications, passwords, and network links or connections to allow Customer to access the Services.

Subject to and conditioned on Customer's execution and delivery to Provider of the Order Form, payment of Fees Fees, and compliance with all other terms and conditions of this Agreement, Provider hereby grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-non- transferable (except in compliance with Section 12(g10(e)) right to access and use the Services during the Term, solely for use by Authorized Users in accordance with the terms and conditions herein. Such use is limited to Customer's internal use. Provider shall provide to Customer the necessary passwords and network links or connections to allow Customer to access the Services.

Such use is limited to Customer's ’s internal use. Provider shall provide to Customer the necessary passwords and network links or connections to allow Customer to access the Services.

Subject to and conditioned on Customer's ’s payment of Fees and compliance with all other terms and conditions of this Agreement, Provider hereby grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable (except in compliance with Section 12(g14(g)) right to access and use the Services during the Term, solely for use by Authorized Users in accordance with the terms and conditions herein. Such use is limited to Customer's ’s internal use. Provider shall provide to Customer the necessary passwords Access Credentials, passwords, and network links or connections to allow Customer to access the Services.
