Common use of Provision of Covered Services Clause in Contracts

Provision of Covered Services. Provider shall provide Covered Services to Members, within the scope of Provider’s license, in accordance with this Agreement, Health Plan’s policies and procedures, the terms and conditions of the Health Plan product which covers the Member, and the requirements of any applicable government sponsored program.

Provision of Covered Services. Provider shall provide and cause its subcontractors to provide Covered Services to Members, within the scope of Provider’s licensebusiness and practice, in accordance with this Agreement, including Attachment A-1 and A-2, Health Plan’s policies and procedures, the terms and conditions of the Health Plan product which covers the Member, federal and State laws, and the requirements of any applicable government sponsored program, including, but not limited to, the Medi-Cal Agreement and any subsequent amendments.

Provision of Covered Services. Provider shall provide Covered Services to Members, Members as set forth in the Certificate of Coverage that are within the scope of Provider’s licenselicense and certification to practice, in accordance with this Agreement, Health and for which Provider has been credentialed by Plan’s policies and procedures, the terms and conditions of the Health Plan product which covers . If Provider is not the Member’s Primary Medical Provider, and Covered Services shall, whenever possible, be coordinated with the requirements of any applicable government sponsored programMember’s Primary Medical Provider.
