Common use of Provision of Documents Clause in Contracts

Provision of Documents. It shall be a condition precedent to the obligations of the Company to complete the registration pursuant to this Agreement with respect to the Registrable Securities of a particular Subscriber that such Subscriber shall furnish to the Company in writing such information and representation letters, including a completed form of a securityholder questionnaire, with respect to itself and the proposed distribution by it as the Company may reasonably request to assure compliance with federal and applicable state securities laws.

Provision of Documents. It shall be a condition precedent to the obligations of the Company to complete the registration pursuant to this Agreement with respect to the Registrable Securities of a particular Subscriber that such Subscriber shall furnish to the Company in writing such information and representation letters, including a completed selling securityholder questionnaire in the form of a securityholder questionnaireacceptable to the Company, with respect to itself and the proposed distribution by it as the Company may reasonably request to assure compliance with federal and applicable state securities laws.

Provision of Documents. It shall be a condition precedent to the obligations of the Company to complete the registration pursuant to this Agreement with respect to the Registrable Securities of a particular Subscriber Purchaser that such Subscriber Purchaser shall furnish to the Company in writing such information and representation letters, including a completed form of a securityholder questionnairethe Selling Securityholder Questionnaire attached hereto as Annex A, with respect to itself and the proposed distribution by it as the Company may reasonably request to assure compliance with federal and applicable state securities laws.

It shall be a condition precedent to the obligations of the Company to complete the registration pursuant to this Agreement with respect to the Registrable Securities Shares of a particular Subscriber that such Subscriber shall furnish to the Company in writing such information and representation letters, including a completed form of a securityholder questionnairethe Selling Securityholder Questionnaire attached hereto, with respect to itself and the proposed distribution by it as the Company may reasonably request to assure compliance with federal and applicable state securities laws.

It shall be a condition precedent to the obligations of the Company to complete the registration pursuant to this Agreement with respect to the Registrable Securities Shares of a particular Subscriber that such Subscriber shall furnish to the Company in writing such information and representation letters, including a completed form of a securityholder questionnairethe Investor Questionnaire attached as Exhibit A hereto, with respect to itself and the proposed distribution by it as the Company may reasonably request to assure compliance with federal and applicable state securities laws.

It shall be a condition precedent to the obligations of the Company to complete the registration pursuant to this Agreement with respect to the Registrable Securities Shares of a particular Subscriber that such Subscriber shall furnish to the Company in writing such information and representation letters, including a completed form of a securityholder questionnairethe Selling Securityholder Questionnaire attached as Exhibit C hereto, with respect to itself and the proposed distribution by it as the Company may reasonably request to assure compliance with federal and applicable state securities laws.

It shall be a condition precedent to the obligations of the Company to complete the registration pursuant to this Agreement with respect to the Registrable Securities of a particular Subscriber Holder that such Subscriber Holder shall furnish to the Company in writing such information and representation letters, including a the completed form of a securityholder questionnaire, with respect to itself the Selling Stockholder Questionnaire attached hereto as Annex A and the proposed distribution by it as any other customary documents that the Company may reasonably request to assure compliance with federal and applicable state securities laws.

It shall be a condition precedent to the obligations of the Company to complete the registration pursuant to this Agreement with respect to the Registrable Securities Shares of a particular Subscriber that such Subscriber shall furnish to the Company in writing such information and representation letters, including a completed form of a securityholder questionnairethe Selling Securityholder Questionnaire, with respect to itself and the proposed distribution by it as the Company may reasonably request to assure compliance with federal and applicable state securities laws.

It shall be a condition precedent to the obligations of the Company to complete the registration pursuant to this Agreement with respect to the Registrable Securities Shares of a particular Subscriber that such Subscriber shall furnish to the Company in writing such information and representation letters, including a completed selling securityholder questionnaire in the form of a securityholder questionnaireacceptable to the Company, with respect to itself and the proposed distribution by it as the Company may reasonably request to assure compliance with federal and applicable state securities laws.

It shall be a condition precedent to the obligations of the Company to complete the registration pursuant to this Agreement with respect to the Registrable Securities of a particular Subscriber Holder that such Subscriber Holder shall furnish to the Company in writing such information and representation letters, including a the completed form of a securityholder questionnaire, with respect to itself the Selling Securityholder Questionnaire attached hereto as Annex A and the proposed distribution by it as any other customary documents that the Company may reasonably request to assure compliance with federal and applicable state securities laws.

It shall be a condition precedent to the obligations of the Company to complete the registration pursuant to this Agreement with respect to the Registrable Securities of a particular Subscriber Purchaser that such Subscriber Purchaser shall furnish to the Company in writing such information and representation letters, including a completed form of a securityholder questionnairethe Selling Securityholder Questionnaire attached hereto as Annex A , with respect to itself and the proposed distribution by it as the Company may reasonably request to assure compliance with federal and applicable state securities laws.

It shall be a condition precedent to the obligations of the Company to complete the registration pursuant to this Agreement with respect to the Registrable Securities Shares of a particular Subscriber that such Subscriber shall furnish to the Company in writing such information and representation letters, including a completed form of a securityholder questionnairethe Selling Securityholder Questionnaire attached as Exhibit E hereto, with respect to itself and the proposed distribution by it as the Company may reasonably request to assure compliance with federal and applicable state securities laws. This Section 10(e) shall only be applicable to the Subscribers listed on Schedule 10(e).
