The Customer agrees to provide, for the use of the Caterer in providing the Services, the following extras: A final basic time line of events will be due 3 weeks prior to the date of the event. A final guest count will be due 3 weeks prior to the date of the event. A final detailed time line of events will be due 8 days prior to the event.
