Common use of Provision of Information and Assistance Clause in Contracts

Provision of Information and Assistance. The Data Processor shall cooperate and reasonably assist the Data Controller with any data protection impact assessments, prior consultations regarding relevant competent data protection authorities and with any other assistance related to compliance with the obligations of the Data Controller pursuant to the GDPR and other Applicable Laws. The scope of such assistance shall be limited to the processing of the Personal Data by the Data Processor.
