Common use of Provision of Line of Credit Clause in Contracts

Provision of Line of Credit. ASDC acknowledges that it has agreed to provide the Bank a line of credit in an amount not less than One Hundred Million Dollars ($100,000,000), as required by Article VII of the Operating Agreement, and agrees that it will maintain such line of credit at all times and allow the Bank to draw on it.
