Common use of Provision of Reports Clause in Contracts

Provision of Reports. Within ninety (90) days of the end of the fiscal year, the Company shall supply all other information necessary to enable each Member to prepare such Member’s federal and state income tax returns and such other information as such Member may reasonably request for the purpose of enabling such Member to comply with all reporting requirements imposed by any statute, rule, regulation or otherwise by any governmental agency or authority.
