Common use of Provision of Reports Clause in Contracts

Provision of Reports. Upon written notice to the Seller by the Purchaser at any time and from time to time, the Seller and ProjectCo shall cease to provide any information or reports identified for the time period specified in such notice. The Seller and ProjectCo shall recommence regular reporting under this Agreement upon completion of such period or upon further written notice to the Seller by the Purchaser.
