Common use of Provision of Services and Deliverables Clause in Contracts

Provision of Services and Deliverables. 2.1 Redesmere undertakes that it will perform the services and supply the deliverables expressly described in the Proposal (“the Services”) with reasonable skill and care and in a professional and timely manner. 2.2 Redesmere will use practitioners with appropriate skills and experience for the provision of the Services. 2.3 Redesmere agrees to deliver the Services within an agreed and reasonable time. Both Parties will use all reasonable endeavours to meet any target date, project plan or time table referred to in the Agreement (“Date”). 2.4 The Client acknowledges and agrees that where Redesmere designs, builds, develops, delivers, customises or integrates any product or other deliverable provided as a part of the Services (including without limitation software) it does so as a consultant providing services and not as a supplier or manufacturer of goods.
