Provision of Services and Software Sample Clauses

The 'Provision of Services and Software' clause defines the obligations and terms under which a provider delivers services and software to a client. It typically outlines what specific services or software will be supplied, the manner and timeline of delivery, and any conditions or limitations on their use. For example, it may specify whether the software is licensed or owned, and detail support or maintenance responsibilities. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of what is being provided, reducing the risk of disputes over deliverables or performance expectations.
