Common use of Provision of Support Clause in Contracts

Provision of Support. 2.2.1 Supplier undertakes to deliver Support in accordance with the “Appendix 2 - Service Description” as from when the Customer goes into full production with Rillion One. 2.2.2 Supplier will, as part of the Support, use all reasonable efforts, and shall be entitled to, maintain, bug fix and provide Upgrades of Rillion One and to remedy Defects in Rillion One.
