Provision of Support. Seller shall make available, upon Purchaser’s reasonable request, any personnel of Seller and any records relating to the Facility to the extent that Purchaser requires the same in order to fulfill any regulatory reporting requirements, or to assist Purchaser in litigation, including, but not limited to, proceedings before utility regulatory commissions.
