Provision of Support. 3.1 Where the Hardware is purchased, GBG will provide Standard Support Services for the Hardware, for the duration that the Licence Fees are paid, however GBG does not provide a warranty regarding the Hardware. 3.2 Damage caused to the purchased Hardware which is deemed deliberate will not be covered by Standard Support Services.
