Common use of Provision of the Content Clause in Contracts

Provision of the Content. A. The Content will be made available to you through different modes, at the discretion of Disney, including video on demand for viewing at your discretion at a time chosen by you, streaming, live streaming or temporary download for offline viewing. B. Disney+ Hotstar Content may be available for temporary download for offline viewing on certain Compatible Systems. Such temporary downloads may be limited to certain Compatible Systems, as may be permitted from time to time. You will not be permitted to download to an additional device once the maximum number of Compatible Systems has been reached. The length of time that certain temporary downloads remain available to you for offline viewing may change from time to time at Disney’s discretion. ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ will provide such amount and range of Content as determined by Disney in its sole discretion, for the duration of your Subscription and reserves the right to change, supplement, alter or remove any specific Content it deems fit. Disney may be required to respond to take down orders for certain Content by the relevant authorities and may do so without prior notice to you. Disney does not guarantee the availability of any specific Content. The availability of, and your access to, the Disney+ Hotstar Platform: (a) is subject to Disney's sole discretion and your compliance with these Terms of Use; (b) may be dependent upon your geographical location and Disney may use different technologies and methods to verify your geographic location; and (c) is on the condition that not all Content may be available to all Users.
