Common use of Provision of Uniforms Clause in Contracts

Provision of Uniforms. 6.1.1 The Employer shall provide a Pioneer North Queensland Pty Ltd uniform to the Employee in accordance with the Human Resources Procedures. 6.1.2 The uniform shall be issued after the Employee has been engaged for no less than three (3) months. 6.1.3 At the point of engagement the Employee shall sign a Uniform Procedure and payroll deduction authority. 6.1.4 Should the Employee resign during the Qualifying period (six (6) months) the full cost (100%) of the uniform cost shall be recovered by the Employer by deducting moneys from the Employee’s final payment. Should the Employee resign during the period greater than six (6) months and less than twelve (12) months then the half cost (50%) of the uniform cost shall be recovered by the Employer by deducting moneys from the Employee’s final payment.
