Common use of Provision of Uniforms Clause in Contracts

Provision of Uniforms. The employer will provide the employee with a uniform to wear in accordance with job requirements. The employer will be responsible for laundering employee’s uniforms. The employer will replace or repair the uniform as required in consideration of reasonable wear and tear. All uniforms issued by the employer will remain the property of the employer and will be returned to the employer on demand or in the event of termination of employment.
