Common use of Provision of Utilities Clause in Contracts

Provision of Utilities. Landlord agrees to furnish or cause to be furnished to the Premises the utilities described in this Section 4.1 and in Appendix 4.1 attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference (hereinafter referred to collectively as “Landlord’s Services”), subject to the conditions and in accordance with the standards set forth in this Section 4.1 and in Appendix 4.1 hereto.
