Common use of Provision of Utilities Clause in Contracts

Provision of Utilities. Lessor will provide, or cause to be provided ---------------------- to the Premises water, electricity, telephone, sanitary sewer, heat, ventilation and air conditioning. Lessee shall arrange for the furnishing to the Premises of such utility services as it may require, as well as for the installation of all meters or other devices. Lessee shall be solely responsible for and shall promptly pay, as and when the same become due and payable, all charges for water, sewer, electricity, gas, telephone and any other utility used or consumed in the Premises and supplied by a public utility or public authority or any other person, firm or corporation, including Lessor, supplying the same.
